Returns & Refunds
↩️ We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in their original, resellable condition with no visible signs of wear or use. All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.
❌ Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted. We also do not accept returns for items that have been used for event purposes. We do not rent our products for event use.
📩 Before returning an item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and return instructions.
📦 If there is no quality issue, a $15 return shipping fee per lamp will be charged. If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
🔍 After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
⚠️ If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, clear photos or videos of the product issue, and photos of the packaging if the damage appears to be shipping-related. We will review your request within 3 business days and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
🇪🇺 If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
📦 To be eligible for a return under the EU cooling-off period, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging.
