Refund policy

1. Return Conditions

  • Product Condition: Returned items must be in their original, resellable condition with no visible signs of wear or use. All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.

  • Return Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted.

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been used for event purposes. We do not rent our products for event use.


2. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Fee: If there is no quality issue, we will charge a $15 return shipping fee per lamp.

  • Return Label: If your return is approved, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label along with instructions for returning the item.

  • Quality Issues: If the product is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.


3. Refund Processing

  • Return Confirmation: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product defect or damage

  • Photos of the packaging (if related to shipping damage)

We will review your request within 3 business days and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or partial/full refund.


5. European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period

  • If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without any reason.

  • Return Conditions: The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Return Shipping Fee: Unless the product is defective or damaged, we will charge a $15 return shipping fee per lamp.


6. Refund Notification

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
