YOU'RE COVERED FOR A FULL YEAR

We offer complete peace of mind with our 1-year limited warranty. If your item is faulty, simply contact us within 1 year of the delivery date, and we’ll replace it or offer a functional alternative.

OUR WARRANTY COVERS

✔ Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

✔ Technical faults in the LED module and internal wiring.

✔ Battery pack failures (excluding natural capacity loss).

✔ In most cases, you won't be required to ship the faulty item back to us.

OUR WARRANTY DOESN'T COVER

✘ Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized alterations.

✘ Accidental breakage of glass shades after the initial delivery period.

✘ Light bulbs (consumables), unless they arrive non-functional.

✘ Issues caused by failure to follow our provided maintenance and charging instructions.
