Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. Shipping is available to customers in North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and selected countries in the Middle East. If your shipping address is available at checkout, your order is eligible for delivery. Duties and taxes are included.
How long does delivery usually take?
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. After your order is shipped, delivery usually takes about 7–18 business days, depending on the destination country, local customs clearance, and last-mile delivery speed. During holidays, peak seasons, or customs inspections, delivery may take longer than usual. You will receive tracking information after your order has been shipped.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We usually ship orders with YunExpress. YunExpress provides international tracked shipping and works with local delivery partners for final delivery in the destination country. Once the package arrives locally, it may be delivered by USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, or another local carrier, depending on your country and region.
Are duties and taxes included? Yes. Duties and taxes are included for orders placed on our website. This means the price you pay at checkout already includes applicable import duties and taxes for supported destinations. In most cases, customers do not need to pay additional customs fees when the package is delivered. If you have any delivery-related concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
Product Usage
Can I use the lamp while it is charging?
In many cases, the lamp can be used while charging, but we recommend checking the specific product details before doing so. For the best long-term battery performance, it is better to charge the lamp fully and then use it cordlessly. Avoid leaving the lamp plugged in continuously for long periods unless the product page clearly states that this is supported.
Are the lamps suitable for outdoor use?
Our lamps are mainly designed for indoor use or protected outdoor settings, such as covered patios, balconies, or outdoor dining areas away from direct rain. They should not be submerged in water or left outside in heavy rain, extreme heat, snow, or high humidity. For outdoor commercial use, we recommend bringing the lamps indoors after service hours.
Can the bulb be replaced?
Some models may use replaceable low-voltage LED bulbs, while others may have integrated LED lighting. Please do not use standard household 110V or 220V bulbs unless the product page clearly says they are compatible. Using the wrong bulb may damage the lamp. If you need a replacement bulb or are unsure about compatibility, contact us before purchasing.
Orders & Tracking
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we will send tracking information by email. You can use the tracking number to follow your package during international transit and local delivery. Tracking may take some time to update after shipment, especially when the package is moving between countries. If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us with your order number.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to change your shipping address, product selection, or order details, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, and changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped. If the package has already entered international transit, we usually cannot redirect it. Always review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation before your order has been shipped. Please email us with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available. In that case, you may still be eligible for a return after delivery, according to our return policy.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
International delivery can sometimes be delayed by customs, local carrier processing, weather, holidays, or peak-season volume. If your package is taking longer than expected, first check the tracking link for updates. If there is no movement for an extended period, contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can help investigate the shipment.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We support 30-day returns. To be eligible, the item should be returned in its original condition, including packaging, accessories, and manuals when applicable. Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, altered, washed, or returned after event use may not qualify for a return. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is not caused by a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A return shipping fee may apply per lamp when a prepaid return label is provided. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with photos or videos, and we will help arrange a suitable solution according to the situation.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing usually takes several business days, but your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
What if my lamp arrives damaged?
If your lamp arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the package, photos or videos of the damaged item, and a clear description of the issue. After we review the information, we may offer a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund, depending on the damage and product availability.
Product Care
How should I clean the lamps?
Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to clean the lamp surface. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, alcohol-based cleaners, or soaking water. For fabric shades, gently remove dust with a soft brush or dry cloth. For brass, glass, ceramic, wood, and bamboo surfaces, clean carefully to avoid scratching or damaging the finish.
How should I store the lamp if I do not use it for a long time?
Store the lamp in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and high heat. Before long-term storage, charge the battery partially and recharge it every few months to help protect battery health. Do not store the lamp with a completely drained battery for a long time, as this may reduce future charging performance.
How can I extend battery life?
Avoid exposing the lamp to extreme heat, moisture, or long periods without charging. Do not leave the battery fully drained for months. Use a suitable charger and avoid unstable power sources. For daily use, charge the lamp when the battery is low and unplug it after charging is complete. Good charging habits help maintain better battery performance over time.
