We typically ship via YunExpress. Estimated delivery usually takes approximately 7–18 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and seasonal delays.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking information. Tracking details are normally sent by email after the order has been shipped.

You can also track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the case and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.

If the package has arrived at the destination country or local post office, customers may be required to contact the local carrier first before a replacement or refund can be processed.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the order may not be eligible for a free reshipment or refund.
